SPRINGDALES SCHOOL PUSA ROAD Teacher’s Day was celebrated with full zeal and enthusiasm on September 5th 2017. As the tradition of Springdales School the student Principal Birentej Singh Anand (Head Boy) along with school’s Academic Supervisor Tavishi Sehgal (School prefect) took charge of the school with their team of selected student teachers. The guests for the day was Prof. R. Govinda. The teachers took a break from their routine and went for a movie. Throughout the day parents / friends / well-wishers visited the school to see the functioning of the school under the leadership of student teachers.

The student teachers followed the time table of respective teachers and taught effectively. Such an experience surely strengthens the student body and makes them responsible and accountable.

In the evening the management organised a dinner for the teachers and their spouses. It was a great gesture not just to acknowledge the efforts of the teachers but also the support of the family. Old teachers and representative of Old Students association also graced the occasion.

The evening commenced with cultural programme, felicitation to staff members followed by a musical tribute.

Thus, Teacher’s Day was celebrated in true spirit. Viva Springdales.
