SPRINGDALES SCHOOL DHAULA KUAN The festive spirit took over the sky of Springdales School,Dhaula Kuan as the school turned into the lively ground to celebrate its  much awaited Annual Winter Fete on Sunday December 17.

The visitors, which included the members of the Managing Board, parents and students- both old and present, were captivated by a wide and vibrant array of stalls ranging from clothes and jewellery to bags and accessories.  The school ground reverberated with the pulsating music and the mesmerising performances by the band .The carnival was indeed a foodies paradise as it offered a wide range of mouth-watering and rich delicacies. The student’s enthusiasm was evident at the games stall, which provided a wide platform to the visitors to exhibit their skill at various games. The Handicrafts Departmentand Electronics Department were a real delight for one and all. In an effort to show their concern for the environment our students of the Environment Club put up a stall showcasing a variety of eco-friendly products made by them. The thrilling rides on swings and various adventure activities such as zorbing were indeed a crowd puller. The icing on the cake   was the Fashion Show put up by the Senior School students.

The Children’s Section welcomed the visitors with a wide spectrum of exciting activities ranging from Fashion Show and Cooking without Fire Contest for the parents.

The Carnival concluded with distribution of prizes to Best Volunteers of the games stall and for the Best Decorated Stall.
