SPRINGDALES SCHOOL DHAULA KUAN September 1, 2017, was a historic day in the calendar of the school as the Springdalian fraternity came together to usher in the school’s 62nd Birthday. It was a spectacular sight to witness Dr. Rajni KumarFounder Principal Springdales Schoolwith Dr. Jyoti Bose, Principal Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan, Ms. Ameeta Mulla Wattal, Principal, Springdales School, Pusa Road, and the Head Mistresses Ms. Sujata Maleyvar, Mrs. Shoma Banerjee and Ms. Madhu Punshi cutting five ceremonial cakes brought by the different branches of the school; exhibiting a spirit of camaraderie and bonding.

Welcoming an exuberant audience comprising of the Management, Staff, students, alumni, ex-teachers and founder members, Dr. Jyoti Bose, Principal expressed her elation and pride over the fact that the school stands proud and tall and has successfully carried forth its rich legacy for 62 years.

The auditorium reverberated with a glittering cultural amalgamation of music and dance wherein the talented dancers from each unit enthralled the audience with their captivating performances. The energetic dancers of the schools made the audience revel in the musical frenzy as they set the stage alive and presented a medley of songs old as well as new; spanning generations. The scintillating beats of the bands filled the auditorium with rhythm and melody.   The icing on the cake was the perfect fusion of the West and the East as the Springdalian dancing divas jazzed on the beats of Kathak.

Giving her greetings on this momentous occasion Mrs. Rajni Kumar, Chairperson – Springdales Education Society and Founder Principalcomplimented the young Springdalians for their vibrant and mesmerising performances.
