SPRINGDALES SCHOOL DHAULA KUAN In an endeavour to foster a culture of innovation, creativity and out of the  box thinking amongst our learners,  the school organized its annual Exhibition on Sunday, 30th July, 2017 on the theme, “Destination Innovation  ”

The exhibition showcased the Holiday Homework of the students done during the summer vacations, their Research Projects and Science Models. PowerPoint presentations in each classroom elaborated upon the theme of the Class Boards and provided a rich platform  to our budding talents to paint a rich canvas of a better, beautiful and brighter world.

The highlight of the day was the TINKERING FESTIVAL being organised under the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)Education Programme initiated by NITI Aayog, wherein young thinking minds came together to  innovate designs and bring about a meaningful impact in the society. The school is a proud recepient of a grant from NITI Aayog to set up an INNOVATION LAB to create an environment of scientific temperament and  curiosity . The inauguration of the Lab will be held shortly.

While the young scientists were engaged in various workshops including Lego Robotics,3D Printing, Arduino Robotics , Electronic Circuits ,the upcoming artists of the school were not far behind. The visitors were awestruck by the beautiful Art Work created out of waste products .The artistic wand of our learners transformed old denims into bags ,thumb pins into paper weights .Glass marbles and old CDs were ready to lit the rooms at night and wires, old newspapers and POP took the shape of beautiful sculptures.

Building bridges of understanding between the parents and the teachers, individual cards were handed out to all the parents; accentuating the personality traits of their wards.
